Work has been INSANE for me lately. Lots of traveling, late hours, early mornings and not much time to work out. Thankfully, I have not been turning to le food to cope with the stress. I actually think I’ve LOST weight under these circumstances. What people, including myself, underrate, however, is the fact that a body under stress is going to cling to everything it can to protect itself. It’s so hard to lose weight when you are under immense stress, not getting enough sleep, etc.
Moral of the story: work hard, play hard, hydrate hard, sleep hard.
