Further proof smashing the myth that eating fat makes you fat and unhealthy. I’ve been getting as much as 50% of my daily calories from fat for the past six months or so. The only number “out of range” was my low HDL. Guess I just need to keep doing what I’m doing and that will go up (aerobic activity and good fat).

HDL: 34
LDL:81
Triglycerides: 125
I am a little concerned about my fasting blood sugar at 95, though my doctor said that anything under 100 was fine. There are studies that suggest otherwise.
Oh well. If only I had this testing done last November. I have a feeling that the side-by-side would be as good as my picture comparison from then and now.
