Onward And Upward
ON FRIDAY, I RAN MY FIRST MILE SINCE I HURT MY BACK!
I’m so excited. I even felt some muscle soreness in my legs on Saturday from it.
Also, I successfully completed Day 2 of the 100 Pushup Challenge on Saturday. (Ha, I know… but Day 2 is still progress). My back felt a little sore on the 50th rep. so I didn’t run or swim yesterday. I did walk around outside doing some outlet shopping. Oppressively hot.
Off to eat some bacon and get ready for a swim.
